The lawyer of the Parojinog, Ferdinand Topacio, demands to see the search warrant issued by the authorities to search the house of Mayor Parojinog. Topacio demands for the copy of the search warrant to see if there were irregularities in the course of executing the search warrant.

The search warrant aims to search unlicensed firearms that were in the possession of the Parojinog family. The Parojinogs were considered as the Mindanao Mafia for its underground activities.



Atty. Ferdinand Topacio was also the counsel of Herbert Colanggo, and other drug personalities who confessed on Sen. Leila de Lima’s involvement in the proliferation of illegal drugs in Bilibid. Nova Parojinog Echaves convinced her boyfriend Colanggo to testify against the senator before.

The Parojinog lads-Ozamiz City Vice Mayor Nova Parojinog Echaves and Reynaldo Jr.  were took into Camp Crame last Monday since it was the Quezon City RTC who issued the search warrant.
