He said that the LP supporters are spreading rumors that the #PalitBise rally that was held to oust Vice President Leni Robredo was funded by government money.
The rally was arranged by supporters of President Rodrigo Duterte.
Rivera said that as a part of that team, they were not like the LP supporters who steal from the government and that they can fund their own rally.
He said that he can help the LP crowd-source through presenting ten causes.
"10. Ibalik si Cynthia sa wild. Para kompleto na ulit ang mga tarsier," he said in reference to Cynthia Patag, a vocal supporter of President Rodrigo Duterte.
"9. Pagawan ng ten feet na metal blocks na ATTY tapos ikadena natin si Falcis dun. Para alam ng lahat na abogado siya.
"8. Gawing National Artist si Paredes on the category of Bitterness,"
Jesus Falcis is a lawyer who graduated from the University of the Philippines College of Law and is known for his Facebook posts opposing Duterte. Jim Paredes, is a singer from the famous group "Apo Hiking Society" also known to belong inthe opposition, and has recently made a scene shouting at youth rallyists in support of the president.

Rivera also bashed the deceased husband of Vice President Leni Robredo.

Late Interior Secretary Jesse Robredo was put to the spotlight years after his death after attacks for his wife, Leni surfaced. These came after the VP began to be vocal in opposing the war on drugs by Duterte.
Lastly, he criticized the supporters or the "yellows" for the lack of man power during their rallies intended to go against President Rodrigo Duterte.
"1. Mag-organize ng rally para sa mga Dilawan para may rally silang siguradong may tao," he said.
