EXPOSED: Agnes Callamard and Smartmatic connection? SHOCKING!
Former Department of Interior and Local Government Secretary Rafael Alunan in his Facebook page explained how President Rodrigo Duterte’s critic, United Nations Special Rapporteur Agnes Callamard is connected with billionaire George Soros who is said to have influence on Smartmatic.

Callamard has been pushing for a UN investigation on Duterte’s war against drugs. The French Rapporteur was appointed to specialize on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions.

Callamard, as Alunan explained is the former executive director of ARTICLE 19, the international human rights organisation promoting and defending freedom of expression and access to information globally.

Article 19 is a British human rights organization with a specific mandate and focus on the defense and promotion of freedom of expression and freedom of information worldwide founded in 1987.

Article 19’s work is organised into five Regional Programmes—Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East—and a Law Program. It has over 100 staff and regional offices in Bangladesh, Brazil, Kenya, Mexico, Myanmar, Senegal, and Tunisia. It works in partnership with nearly 100 organizations in more than 60 countries around the world.

Among its financial contributors is Hungarian-American billionaire George Soros who has been reported to partly own Smartmatic, a company that manufactures voting machines.

Smartmatic is owned by Lord Mark Malloch-Brown. He is connected to Soros through the Open Society Foundation, an organization that gives grants to civil society organizations around the world.

Smartmatic claimed that Soros is not connected to them but Alunan questioned this.

“Eh, ano? Hawak nya naman ang may-ari ng Smartmatic na ginamit pangdaya sa ating mga eleksyon noong 2010, 2013 at 2016. Sino ang nakapwesto sa panahon na yon? The difference is the same,” he said.

“The connected dots now show who the regime change conspirators are, here and abroad. Don't forget the drug syndicates linked to them and assorted narcopoliticians,” he added.

Smartmatic machines were utilized in the Philippine elections on May.

Allegations of electoral cheating and machine manipulation also circled the country and Vice Presidential candidate Bongbong Marcos filed a case against now Vice President Leni Robredo.
