Ang pahayag ni Prof. Ybiernas ay naipost matapos na ilabas ng PNP ang isang opisyal na ulat hinggil sa kaso na kinasasangkutan ng kontrobersyal na Pieta-like na larawan ni Siaron na ginamit nang husto ng mainstream media upang ipinta ang isang masamang larawan kay Pres. Duterte tungkol sa droga.
