According to his post, the Parojinog, drug cartel and the kuratong baleleng in Ozamiz City, had tortured a lot of people. There were also many heroes who have tried to fight with these giants but later on declined due to fear and intimidation.
Bulawin shared a story of a father who was murdered in front of Ozamiznons.
“Juan Dongallo, Jr. a father of 3 was murdered in broad daylight in front of Ozamiznons. He was shot 40 times by 6 men one of which is Ardot Parojinog's personal body guard Jimmy Chan, Jr. and his nephew Epok Gabisan Parojinog.”
Cyril explained that there are many witnesses and CCTV footage for the said killing but they opted not to report to the police, because people were afraid, they didn’t want them to be killed by the these culprits.
Bulawin narrated that the two killers, Epok and Jimmy Chan are still roaming in the city.
The same fate happened to a citizen, Christopher Cuesta; he has 2 children who owns a brake bonding shop. He was killed by kuratong baleleng for not giving protection money.
Bulawin detailed that aside from Juan Dongallo, Jr. and Christopher Cuesta, more people were killed by kuratong baleleng under the regime of Aldong Parojinog. "Those cases remain unsolved," he said.

The latest victim of this ruthless evil army of the Parojinog was the former Ozamiz City Vice Mayor Roland Romero. Bulawin stated that Romero was was murdered on broad daylight while doing a transaction at Palawan Pawnshop.
Romero was shot in the head 6 times by Jimmy Chan, Jr., the same bodyguard of Mayor Aldong Parojinog who killed aforementioned individuals. The incident was concurred by the witnesses of the murder. Jimmy Chan, Jr. was accompanied by a certain Halap and another lookout.

Not all the killings that we saw on Facebook are drug related.
In OZAMIZ CITY where the Parojinog drug cartel and the kuratong baleleng terrorizes the people there, we also have heroes who refused to submit themselves to fear and intimidation and fought for what is RIGHT!

There are witnesses and cctv footage for the murder but nobody came forward to witness due to fear and until now their cases remained cold in the hands of corrupt policemen. Epok and Jimmy Chan are freely roaming around the city even with some warrants of arrest that they carry from their other crimes.
Juan Dongallo, Jr. was seeking justice and was filing a police blotter for the murder of his friend against the same men who later murdered him.
He's friend who owned a dental laboratory was murdered a week earlier because he refused to pay protection money to the kuratong.
Christopher Cuesta, a father of 2 children and owner of a brake bonding shop was murdered by the kuratong baleleng because he refused to pay protection money.
Other than Juan Dongallo, Jr. and Christopher Cuesta, there are more people murdered by the kuratong baleleng under the leadership of Aldong Parojinog which are not drug related and whose cases remained cold and unsolved.
In the war against drugs, the war needs to start in Ozamiz City, the sanctuary of criminals and the seat of the Mindanao mafia aka Kuratong Baleleng.
Freeze down their bank accounts, their businesses and force their people to scream their leaders names.
If Duterte succeeds in Ozamiz City, we are certain he can also succeed in his drug war all throughout the Philippines

It seems like the war on drugs is just one of Duterte's cliche to win the election. Duterte do not have the intention to finish the job so that he can recycle the same mantra for the next election!
The collateral damage now are the civilians who worked hand in hand with the police in catching up the drug personalities. Illegal drugs are now back on the streets in Ozamiz City and #8888 is of no use because civilians are now scared to become informers for the authorities. These assets are being hunted, tortured and killed by the drug lords!
The killing of prominent people in Ozamiz City is just a sign and a message to Digong and Bato that they are no match to the kuratong baleleng drug syndicate of Ozamiz City!
