The documentary entitled "Anatomy of a Fraud Chapter 1: The yellow ribbon" spoke of the election process in the Philippines and Valenzuelan company Smartmatic which it said did not pass several requirements.
According to the documentary Smartmatic is known for its questionable accuracy.
Chong shared that Lord Malloch-Brown, chairman of Smartmatic is close withthe Aquino family and that in 2015, when Smartmatic was disqualified to bid for their machines to be utilized in the elections, Malloch-Brown went to the country and proudly said tthat he and the Aquinos knew each other.
Yet the chairman called then President Benigno Aquinno III dumb for allowing the disqualification.
"Nananghalian si Lord Malloch-Brown kasama si Mr. Aquino sa Malacanang. At isang linggo lamang matapos itong umalis ng Pilipinas, binaligtad ng lahat ng mga komisyoner ng COMELEC (na lahat ay itinalaga ni Mr. Aquino sa pwesto) ang 2 diskwalipikasyon ng Smartmatic," he said.
He said that this is why Smartmatic won the bidding and their "cheating" prevailed.
Chong said the second chapter of the documentary will be released next week.
