Just recently, an early birthday cake from Thai Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha during their official dinner at the Government House caught President Duterte by surprise.
Many loyalists of the president also showed their support and greeted him a happy birthday. Like for instance, solid Duterte Supporters gathered in front of the Eiffel Tower on March 27, 2017 to express their greetings to PRRD.
